You don’t have to face this alone. At OBAD, there are people who understand and provide support and understanding in a safe, anonymous space.

Our peer support meetings bring people together who are living with bipolar and mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver, we offer a range of support.

Sunday Calgary Hybrid Meeting Has a New Home

You’re welcome to join us in-person or online for the Sunday Hybrid Meetings, now held at KHUB in the Kahanoff Centre, Suite 900, 105 12 Avenue SE. The meeting begins at 1:00 p.m., and parking is free on Sundays. When you arrive at the front entrance, call (587) 586-6223 and someone will let you in. We look forward to seeing you there!

OBAD is introducing Hybrid Meetings in Edmonton

Beginning September 2, OBAD is offering hybrid support meetings in Edmonton. Meetings take place every Tuesday from 7–9 PM, and you’re welcome to join online on ZOOM or in-person at Momentum Counselling #132, 6325 Gateway Blvd, Edmonton.

Online Peer Support

Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays are online at various times.

Family and Friends Support

Tuesdays at 7:00 PM online. In recognition of the Canada Day holiday, Family and Friends will not be meeting this week. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable celebration!
