peer support
You don’t have to face this alone. At OBAD, we offer a safe, anonymous space where people who understand can connect and support one another.
Our peer support meetings bring together individuals living with bipolar and mood disorders, as well as family members, partners, friends, and caregivers. Meetings are free of charge, and you do not have to register.
