Your peer support & Discord Community
You don’t have to face it alone. At OBAD there are people who understand and provide support and experiences in a safe, anonymous space.
Our in-person hybrid and online peer support program brings people together who are living with mood disorders to share thoughts and provide support to one another. For you, for a family member, partner, friend, or caregiver who supports and cares for someone with a mood disorder, we offer a range of support.
Please use the links below to register for a support meeting, or contact us if you have any questions or difficulties registering. You can also check out our Facebook and Instagram pages to connect with a support group.
